1. It should by nomination. The council member can nominate the person in writing to secretary with cv of the nominee
2. Nominee must be WZ full member for more than 10 years.
3. Nominee's contribution can be assessed in following format.
4. (a) Academic contribution as a teacher,presenter ,publications. ( 10 points max.)
5. (b) Recipient of awards including medals and orations. International and National and zonal( 10 points max.)
6. (c) Contribution to urology society National or Zonal in terms of office bearer , organiser or special position of responsibility in the society. ( 10 points max.)
7. (d) Contribution in Urology research or innovation. (10 points max.)
8. (e) Contribution as social worker in general (10 points max)

The committee of President, Immediate past President and President elect will select the nominee and their decision will be final.
