As the Election Officer for the Urological Society of India West Zone, it is my privilege to oversee this pivotal election process. Some significant streamlining in the election process has been implemented this year. Moreover, this election holds particular significance, as the team we elect will work hand in hand with me during my term as President for the year 2024-25, helping to steer our society towards a brighter future.

(I strongly encourage all members to actively engage in the upcoming mock e-voting exercise, which is scheduled from 10th September 2024 at 9:00 AM to 15th September 2024 at midnight. This preparatory step is essential in ensuring that the final voting process is both smooth and efficient.

The official e-voting period for the election is from 20th September 2024 at 9:00 AM to 30th September 2024 at midnight. I urge you to exercise your right to vote during this period—"every vote is a voice, and every voice contributes to the collective wisdom that will guide our society forward.”

As the saying goes, "The best way to predict the future is to create it." Your active participation in this election is your opportunity to help shape the future of our society.
